Project Description
The DHL building 1 was commissioned in 2000 under Quill Properties Sdn Bhd as part of a build and lease agreement to Asia Pacific Information Services Sdn Bhd, a local subsidiary of DHL Worldwide Express BV.

The design includes a 4 storeys office building with a sub basement and basement car park. The canopied main entrance foyer is a grand 4 storeys high atrium encased in full height curtain wall with sun shading louvers. The open space planning forms the main floor plate at all levels, flanked by the service cores on the east and west facades. The north-south building orientation allows for maximum openings at these facades without compromising on the heat gain into the office areas.

The modern themed facades with its unitised curtain walls, composite aluminium panels and punched windows, expresses its modern design intent to blend into the IT themed city of Cyberjaya.
