This being the major and second part of the New Campus, is more of Institutional with touch of Industrial influence in spirit to maintain the high-tech industry; Aerospace and Aircraft Maintenance Industry.
Elongated site, axial planning, which emphasizes central spine from north to south of the site, linking harmoniously all complexes on efficient and non-wasteful use of land area. It ensures strategic articulation of the space, in the proper hierarchy. Also emphasizes on north south building orientation for maximum controlled environment.
Modern architecture scene; in line with the progressive nature of the campus, via building materials such as steel structures, aerated lightweight concrete blocks, aluminum panels, metal cladding and glass windows on building facades to reflect the modernity, progressive and practical learning system offered. It is further enhanced by introducing neutral colours of white, grey and natural aluminium anodised.
