SNO was established in 1997. Over the years, SNO has cultivated a dedicated task force to oversee and manage projects of various complexities from commencement to completion under the purview of its directors.
Some key iconic projects include Parcel F and the Low Energy Office (LEO) Building in Putrajaya. The LEO Building was designated by the Government as a benchmark for all future energy efficient buildings in Malaysia and was conferred the prestigious Asean Energy Award 2006. The LEO Building was also chosen to be on the Malaysia 50 sen commemorate stamp for the Energy Efficiency Building Series in 2009.
With hands on experience in Energy Efficient design, SNO has incorporated this extensive knowledge into most designs commissioned under the firm. With this ambition guiding the company, SNO’s work encompasses hospitality, institutional, commercial, residential and educational projects. After more than two decades of experience, the company has successfully evolved an identity of its own.
Our strengths include strong project management, sustainable green architectural design and innovative designs under the purview of our design consultant. We are also SIRIM ISO certified and hands on with BIM capabilities. SNO was awarded top 50 Enterprise SME Awards – 2013, 2014 and 2016.

Building Information Modelling (BIM)
Digital World is fast becoming the new foundation of today’s built environment. It empowers clients and professionals to make fully thought decisions and achieve high impact outcomes. Data collection and integrated problem solving tools are now part of new norms and this is more apparent in the construction industry, one of the largest industries in the world.
Through Building Information Modelling (BIM), project stakeholders could leverage related building data across any facility type in ways that eliminate guesswork, identify issues before site works and streamline construction execution. It can quickly and accurately visualise the final form of a proposed project in the context of existing conditions.
SNO uses BIM as a tool to improve constructability. With Building Design Suite Premium 2021 (Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max), we embrace an integrated digital design and production document delivery approach, with the use of coordinated 3D models throughout the design; LOD 100, LOD 200 and LOD 300.
