Project Description
This project is an intervention between an institutional and industrial typology. Its building is in line with the government’s aspiration to venture into the high tech Aerospace and Aircraft Maintenance Industry.
Besides being a space with a compact planning which emphasizes on an efficient use of land area, it also emphasizes on natural lighting and ventilation where building components were arranged around a green courtyard thereby creating a controlled environment.
The building adopts a modern architectural language via the usage of steel, aerated lightweight concrete blocks, aluminium panels and metal cladding. The expression is further enhanced by using neutral colours of white, grey and anodised aluminium.
